The Machinery Lubrication Technician Level II (MLT II) course offered by HPC Consultancy is a comprehensive 3-day program designed to equip technicians and organizations with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement "Lubrication Best Practices." Following the guidelines set forth in the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) Body of Knowledge, this course prepares participants for the MLT II certification examinations.

Throughout the course, participants will receive in-depth training in various aspects of lubrication, including maintenance strategy, lubrication theory, lubricant testing and analysis, lubricant selection, grease application and performance, preventative and predictive maintenance, lubricant condition control, and lube storage and management. Getting Your MLT-II Certification:

To become certified, individuals must meet specific requirements, including a minimum of three years of education or on-the-job training in machinery lubrication or related fields. Candidates must also hold Level I Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLT) certification and complete 16 hours of documented formal training in machinery lubrication.
